Yay! Finally got a good deal on a BJCM :-)

Last week I did a buy-it-now on Ebay for a new red/black BJCM single...it was only $169 ($149 with $20 shipping). It wasn't my first color choice (I wanted black)...and I thought it was probably older and recalled, but it was a good price so I went for it. Well, the seller emailed me a couple of days later and said it was actually a black one (he had made a mistake in the listing...he sells a lot of strollers). So he refunded me the $20 shipping charge for my trouble. I got it today, and it's one of the 2010 models with the larger basket!!!

It looks great...I'm so excited!

Hate to burst your bubble, but if you have any problems with the stroller and they ask for a receipt it won't be covered under warranty

Baby Jogger does not allow retailers to sell their strollers on Ebay, so this guy was not an authorized Baby Jogger dealer. If you do have problems with the stroller just hope you get a person that doesn't ask for a receipt. Not all of the customer service reps do.

Yeah, very true. But I was going to pay $150 for a used one on my local CL recently (they ended up not selling it)...so I guess I'll just think of this the same way--as is. I'll just keep my fingers crossed that there won't be any problems

I'm jealous your CL even had one on it.

If you do end up having any problems you might post here on the forum first, and we can tell you which customer service reps generally don't ask for a receipt
