Do you know the width of the seat?

I was trying to help a mother who is expecting triplets and needs to do 3 across. We were talking about the Chicco Keyfit because it has the 4lb min and it is narrow. I was wondering if I should recommend this seat to her too.

I know this is an outdated response - however, I have an answer!

I don't the exact measurements but the OnBoard with 'deluxe' base (lock-off version) with OnBoard is compareable narrow to the Chicco. The squarish base makes it great for side by side installs. When reclined to the 4-11 recline it does take a little more room front to back in the vehicle but once it is in the 11-15 recline it is nearly identical (or no more than 1") difference.

Does sit higher in vehicle than Chicco.
