Does your Radian foam look like this?

To clarify, this is a Radian 80SL that was purchased right after they came out. It's not mine, but a friends. Beck and I were changing the harness straps out for her the other night and discovered this 'funky' foam. None of the pieces are broken, per se, but the squares and strips above them are taped in. On one side they're also glued in, but on the other, they're loose under the tape. Also, the squares of foam are not the regular EPS foam but something different. It's more squishy. It almost reminds me of foam that you wrap stuff in for packaging. Not very stiff. For the record, my Radian 65(non-SL) is the same way but nothing is taped in/down.
