Database with infant handles up or down?

I searched a bit on here, but didn't come across anything. Is there a list anywhere that tells which infant seats can have the handles up or down when installed? Installed a bunch at CPS class this morning, but most didn't have manuals with them. Just curious.

I think SafeRide News had a list of "handle rules" but I can't find it on their website.

If you were at CPS class, you should have had access to the CR manufacturer's CD or the printed version. The handle rules are in the summaries on the CD, even if you can't find them in the manual.

We didn't have access to the CR summary CD at my class, nor at any of the checks I've worked since then.

The c-s.org user submitted database on infant seats has a field for handle positions.
