Help with next seat

DS is going to soon be needing to move from his SS1 to a convertible seat. I currently have an EFTA and an Avenue for DD. I drive a Mazda CX-9 and I would like them to fit side by side in the 2nd row to allow me to use the 40 part of the 60/40 split to be able to get to the 3rd row.
Currently they are side by side but the seats are about a 1/2-1 inch to wide to allow the seat to fold to get to the back row. Poor DNi is having to load through the cargo area.

I am thinking a Radian might work but I have never seen or used one. My thought was to move DS to the EFTA and put DD in a Radian. They are both RFing. I had thought about turning DD FFing and getting her a Nauti but I don't think I want to turn her and I am fairly sure it would not fit in the spot.

I can always turn DD and put her in the 3rd row but I am not ready to do that. I have also put DD RFing the 3rd row and DS in front of her in the 2nd row but it is not the best full time arrangement. Also next year when DD goes to preschool they will come to the car at drop off and help unload her from her seat so she would need to be easily accessed from the door.

Advice? Anyone have a CX-9 and have any recommendations? TIA

*I* have a Radian you can try :). If no one comes up with a better answer, PM me and we can meet up and give it a go to see how it works :)

The EFTA & Avenue are two seats I actually don't own.... so, I'm not sure about their puzzling abilities.

I have found I can puzzle a Britax Convertible and Radian on my 60/40 in my Sienna back bench and still be able to put down the 40 split without any effort.

I have to put the Radian closest to the split for this to work. Or, at least last time I did.

I plan on trying the MyRide & Radian too... I'll let you know how it goes (will have to be nap time).

I might have to justify, somewhere in my budget for an 11th seat to get the EFTA to learn if it can puzzle well...hmmm
