Radian harness question

Is the radian the seat that the older ones have to be sent in to replace the harness or is it a different seat? I know when I was researching seats one of the ones I was looking at was like that, but I don't remember which one.

Anyway I have one with a DOM of 03/07 and While the harness isn't totally yucky, it's too yucky for me, lol. I wanted to get a new harness for it but I can't figure out how to get the old one off. If I can take this harness of myself, someone please tell me how?!?!?!?

Seats made before September 2008 cannot have the harness replaced.

Darn! That's what I was thinking. I was thinking of selling it cheap, because we have no use for it, but I really really hated to sell it as yucky as it is IMO. I guess if it has a good enough price though someone wouldn't mind it being dingy **maybe**.
