Rubber thingies on the bottom of my Radian are coming off

Has anyone ever had this happen? The little square rubber thingies on the bottom sides of my Radian are coming off. Actually one of them is completely off and the other is barely hanging on. There are peg-like things on them that go into holes in the seat but they don't stay in. All the glue that was holding them on is no longer sticky. Should I call SKJP or is it no biggie?

I'd probably try glueing them back on. Maybe call SK & see if that's acceptable. I wouldn't want to go through the hassle of shipping my seat back for that, personally. I'm guessing they are for slip control (like for on leather seats) rather than a safety feature, but I don't know that for sure.

Crazy glue, maybe? That's what I'd try first cause that's what I tend to have in the house (of course, I'd probably end up with the rubber thingy stuck to my finger instead of the seat:p)

I used a pencil to pop mine back in. I believe he official fix from SKJP was super glue.. I think Russ even mailed someone a tube of superglue:rolleyes:

LOL! Good ole Russ.

I guess I will get some super glue tomorrow. I wonder if excessive heat made the glue melt or something? I'd hate for the same thing to happen again.

Yes, me. The round peg nubbins I was able to work back into the seat. The slot-shaped ones I couldn't get back in, and cut off. Glued the strips back on, and I trimmed the rubbed down so it doesn't extend past the edge of the seat any more.
