Which van am I thinking of?

I read a thread on here a few months ago where someone had a radian installed with LATCH in the second row, and the whole seat could raise up to let people climb to the back row. Does anyone remember which van that was? Thanks

This rings bells for me. Wasn't it someone with a Sienna who described doing that?

But you have to flatten the back of the seat in the sienna to release it from the floor. I have seen this (the moving seat part) with a keyfit base installed. I tried to find the thread, because it did sound familiar, but couldn't.

I was thinking it was a RF Radian that just made it possible in the Sienna or whatever van it really was, but blanking on more specific details, lol. If we keep bumping this thread, maybe the poster who did that will see the thread and lay claim to it. :)

The 2011 Sienna has an Auto Access Seat. The entire 2nd row passenger's side captain's chair automatically rotates out of the van.

ETA: Since the van was just released a month or two ago, it probably isn't what you're thinking about, but hey, it's a cool seat!

I really thought it was a Sienna, but I guess it isnt. Good to know about the venture, because I'll probably end up with a Venture/Montana, because they are closer to my price range.

The Nissan Quest does that too. The captain's chairs can be tilted forward and the whole seat comes up not just the back. So, you can flip it forward for access into the back row even where there is a carseat installed.
