Harness tightens unevenly?

Hey, my daughter is in a Boulevard and the harness tightens unevenly. Now I took it completely apart yesterday to clean and change the cover. I know I put it back together the right way and its still happening. (Its been that way, way before I ever took it apart).
I lowered the headrest all the way and put it back in position and that didnt do anything either. It only happens on the one side though.
Its starting to really bug me because Im wondering if its unsafe.

I cant call Britax now though because its the weekend so waiting til Monday and just trying to get some input from you guys!

I have had that problem in my MA before. Are you pulling on both straps when loosening or just one? The problem occured with me if I pulled on one strap.

do you have the bottom ends routed through the base correctly? It can make it uneven if one side isn't through both slots.

I always pull on both straps.. odd LOL Thanks.

Thank you I will go check that out, but since I never took that part of the harness out its unlikely isnt it?

My Radian does the same thing. It drives me crazy!

Did you accidentally run one side of the harness through the over-the-cover- rear facing belt path instead of the harness path? There are two slits on either side of the cover, and they are right next to each other so it is an easy mistake to make.

No, thats not either but thank you

. I made sure that its in the 'smaller' hole were the straps go through.. Im at my wits end because I cant figure out why it does that, could the darn CS feature be to blame?
