Peeling TFP cover

My Blue Aurora TFP cover is peeling Near the feet, where the 2 different fabrics meet, the plush is peeling off. My guess is maybe from Sofi climbing in the seat. But we've only been using the cover for a few months. Has anyone else had this problem? I will call LC Monday.

I also noticed A's Vivo has the plush wearing off- just from her body rubbing agains it :rollseyes:

I haven't noticed and peeling on mine. I'm guessing they'll send you a new cover. They sent me one because my cover got a whole in back, i'm guessing from rubbing the front seat. :thumbsup:

This may not be so easy, because I bought it in swap. But, I'm sending pics tonight.

I think this part of the conversation perplexed the CSR....
CSR: How old is your baby?
Me: She's actually 3.5
CSR: weeks or months?

Was is that she was rear-facing at 3.5 that had them perplexed? You didn't mention RF in the convo you typed here, so I really hope they weren't shocked that a 3.5 year old would be in their seat! (even though they'd likely assume FF)
