I went to walmart today and crossed paths with a grandma and 8 month old baby from church. Later we crossed paths again as we were leaving the parking lot. The 8 month old baby is in a ffing scenera:eek: The baby is very large, probably reached 20 pounds at 4 months of age. Still, the seat rfes to 35 pounds. Should I say something to the mom or dad? Or should I just pray they are never in an accident and mind my own business?

If the opportunity arises again where you see the baby being put into the seat, a puzzled look and a hesitant

"He's over 35# already? It seems like he was just born yesterday...."

usually opens a door to a conversation about rfing, without being offensive.

Do Dorel seats say that a child has to be 1 year before FF? and does your state have a proper use clause? or does your state have a law with minimum FF requirements?

Yeah that to Techno... There is usually a law that has minimum on 1 year for forward facing. I would not let that one go.
