Ok, so my DS is approaching the 35lb RF-ing limit on his TF that he uses at daycare. I have hemmed and hawed over this for a while now. I was going to get a 40lb RF-ing seat, but after sitting with that decision for a while, just was not okay with it. DS is still only 18 months old, and I am hoping to make it to at least 3 RF-ing, he is not showing signs of slowing down growth wise at all yet. So then I sat back waiting for a good deal on a Radian, been watching the threads up in discounts and deals closely, Then talked to daycare provider more yesterday and she says DS's seat will be going in and out of her vehicle on a weekly basis. As it is, I don't trust anyone else, except a tech, to install a Radian. Just because of the carseat, nothing personal against the dcp. She also says in the 3 weeks he has been in her care she has not once put him in her car to date. So, as of this morning, I figured I'd just buy a MR and be done with this issue.....then a Radian deal finally popped up in the other thread. Shoot, what would you all do??? Do I get the more affordable seat that will only get him 5 more RF-ing lbs, and let him go FF after that, the few times he does go out in the car with dcp? Or do I get a Radian and install it every single week in her car, on the off chance they may go somewhere that week?
