Compass B570 Pathway booster

Thought I'd share the email I got from Emma at Learning Curve regarding the Pathway B70 booster:

Thank you for identifying exactly which Booster you were referring to. The B570 Pathway Booster does have latch attachments for secure installation when not in use. The belt path at is highest is about 19''. The widest width is 18.5'' and that is from the outer part of the armrests or cup holders (if neither is extended). The seat depth is about 13''.

It was a cool booster, I think it actually measures a bit higher, like 20. But the LATCH has no adjuster on it unless our vocal complaints pan out. It's seriously a loose strap with two hooks on it, no tail to tighten it down  The lapbelt guides on the side have hooks to hold the belt really low, though, It's neat.

Yep. They told us that the LATCH strap is not supposed to be adjustable because the purpose of it is NOT to protect the occupant of the booster, but to prevent it from being a projectile when not in use. We did explain to them that parents would very likely have issues with this because of the idea that LATCH is "safer" and would be doing all kinds of things to make it as tight as a harnessed car seat should be.

I don't like how the latch straps won't tighten, that is strange.
I'm anxious to see this booster in action!

Maybe we can mighty-tite it down!;)

I really like the looks of this booster. I just can't make myself love any of the boosters that are out right now. This one looks promising.
