Does this strap go with a carseat?

We cleaned out our garage this weekend and dh found this strap next to a locking clip. I have no idea if it goes with one of our carseats....does it look familiar to anyone? It had a tag on it, but it didn't give much in the way of clues to what brand of product it might go with, other than a DOM of 4/06.

It is the rfing tether adapter strap for a Britax convertible.

Thanks! It must go with the RA that we no longer own. The guy that bought it said it was for grandkids who visit 2-3 times a year, so I doubt it will be needed. Do you think I should attempt to track him down anyway and offer it to him? Or would you just not worry about it?

I would track him down. It's a part of the seat and integral to one of the seat's niftiest features.

I wouldn't worry about it. If he uses the seat RF, it's still safe w/out the tether.
