How an OHS can have twisted, rope-like straps? There is a Graco Comfortsport OHS on eBay that has the MOST twisted straps I have ever seen. How is that possible?????

I *think* as it brushes up and down past the head, they get pushed up and twisted up into the slots and then all the way down to the splitter plate? Or the kid undid the chest clip and spun it around and around and around... Either way, ick

Ohhhh.....I see! Everytime I see an OHS unoccupied the chest clip is still done up, way down by the bottom of the shield, so I know it is not being adjusted. Most people probably just pull the shield and buckle it.
