Would you booster this child?

I am going to have to get seats to work a three across the third row of my suburban. This will mean either 2 radians and an infant seat or a radian/Monterey and small convertible for the new baby. I have a ton of seats but they are all huge hwh seats.
Dd turned 5 in February. She weighs 50 lbs and still fits in the EFTA and true fit by height. I think she would fit in a radian for another year but I have never seen one to check fit. Liddie is a perfect car rider and does a fabulous job riding in a booster for short trips. I have never tried her on long car rides.
It would save money in the long run to get her a booster now but I am not sure about having my princess in a booster full time. What would you buy for her?

Given her size and age I would be perfectly comfortable with full time boostering assuming good impulse control and maturity.

The Monterey may fit her well, but I think another booster would probably be a better fit.

The Turbobooster and the ParkwaySG are both pretty narrow and something to try for a 3-across if you decide to booster.

I would not necessarily be opposed to putting her in a booster, but harnessed seats often work better in tight three-across situations.

I was surprised today when I tried the Parkway SG, and the Monterey, and they both fit in the spot where I previously didn't quite have room for the TB, so had been using a FPSV booster. Surprised, I put the TB back in there and that fit too. I wonder if the center rf Radian was just a little farther over than before or perhaps the Avenue had been in there, not the Radian. Granted there was less room to buckle with the Monterey, but both involved moving the booster out of the way to accomplish buckling anyway. So whichever you like, don't discount them before you give them a try.

Really though, I'd do a harness before giving over to a booster in a 3 across. It's so much easier - and the kiddos can buckle themselves in, so even easier than easy.
