Is this a misprint? TFP rf to 40 lbs?

I just got the new iisue of American Baby in the mail, and there's a page of carseats. The TFP is listed as rf to 40 lbs. I'm guessing it's a misprint, but I had to check. Wouldn't that be nice if it did?

That would be nice! If by chance it is true, Learning Curve's website doesn't reflect it at this point.

I did notice they have a good comment about RF to the limits in the descriptions of most of the True Fits though.
As your infant starts to grow, simply add the headrest back on and you are good to go in the rear-facing position up to 35lbs. And when your infant is ready to watch you drive (at 35 lbs or so) simply make sure that headrest is in place and turn your seat around.
