For DS's 4th birthday

I think he needs a frontier 85! He is still rfing in a radian, but keeps asking me if he can turn around. DD is in BLVDs and her leg room is getting tight. But to be honest a RFing radian in a Prius and a Civic is pretty uncomfy for the front passenger. So.... should I just turn his radians around and keep DD in the BLVDs until she doesn't fit or do I get a frontier 85? Or do I just leave him RFing since he is only 38 pounds and in a 45 pound seat?
