Anyone else have trouble with mesh cover on Radians wearing out?

I bought a Radian XTSL in December. It has the grey mesh cover. My son has been using it since then and the cover is showing a lot of wear. Is this a common problem? It's fuzzing on the side where my son climbs into it as well as behind his head. I'm pretty disappointed. It's supposed to have a seven year lifespan and the cover is wearing only 3 months out. Do you think this is covered by the warranty?

Really? I bought two super cool radian 80s in october. Ds2's seat is very fuzzy. Ds1 was nicer to his seat, so it just has a little fuzz. I'm afraid to wash those two covers.

Oh thank you! Do they send out the same cover you own already? I love the way it looks, but not the way it wears, so ideally I would like to replace it with a non-mesh cover.
