Is this going to be for sale in the USA?

The installation video mentioned ISOFIX, which is what LATCH is called in Europe. So unless they come up with a version to sell in the US, I'm assuming this is only going to be sold in Europe.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I read on a thread the other day that something new is coming out this year sometime. I think that was what it was, or something similar. I could be wrong though.

I think it was referred to as a ProSport? Harness to 80lbs?

Man I am out of the loop :p

I have never owned a Recaro before. I plan on purchasing one this week from someone in Swap, and have installed a Como in my Mustang and it installed very nicely! I like them as well.

I thought they were gonna have two seats-the prosport (the harnessed seat) that is "supposed" to come out in the next few months, and also a booster that comes out later this year.

We shall see

Actually, the new Cybex Solution that has just been launched in the US has Isofix instead of LATCH. AND the newly launched Sunshine Kids Monterey in Europe is equipted with the LATCH system. So ....:love:

it will have a different name (on another thread someone said Gayle (from Recaro) said it will be called the Probooster)

it is slightly wider and taller than the Vivo... will be approved to hold up to 120lbs.

She has not told anyone whether or not it will be latch compatible, though I did tell her (when she mentioned the seat to me) that we would love to see that.

I think we all just need to sit and be patient (though it is REALLY hard)... I'm hoping hoping hoping that we get more info (DIMENSIONS, please... anyone going who can look for the Recaro booth and target them) at lifesavers.
