What would you do?

My 18 month old son is quickly approaching the 35lb RF-ing limit on his TF. I have a Radian80SL for my car and he was using the TF at daycare. It is so hard to keep up with all the different seats, but I believe the Radians are the only ones to RF to 45lbs. I have no problem buying another seat, probably a MR for the extra 5 lbs of RF use, and if I do that I will pray like crazy that the kid levels off for a while. I am wondering if there is a seat I am missing. I would love another Radian but just can't afford 2 of them. The other thing I am considering is moving the Radian to the daycare provider's SUV. That would be a PITA, but it would only have to be transfered over and back once a week. She has a Ford Explorer, not sure what year, and not sure how it would install in it. Also, I would not trust anyone else to install a Radian correctly, unless of course they were a tech. Nothing against her, more against how tricky the Radian can be to get a good tight install. (still I  it) I have been putting off figuring this out for as long as possible hoping maybe something else, not quite as expensive, would come out with a 45lb RF-ing limit.
