Regent or Nautilus?

I have both for dd1. I snagged up a Regent thinking dd would outgrow the harness height on the GN before she is ready to booster (was 4 in Nov. - about 43" tall and 52 lbs). She is on the top slot of the GN with a lot of room left (like just, just passed the 3rd slot). After reading about the Regent's lackluster crash testing, I am wondering if I should move dd1 back to the GN full-time. Would you until the GN is outgrown?
