are any better then others? any recommendations for a jack Russell terrier? we transport my FIL dog a lot and whether or not the do will be riding safely in my vehicle. He will not become a projectile with my kids in the car

For my jacks I use the petbuckle small dog. I have both the original and the small. Both fit and are labeled for their size, but the small looks more comfortable. I also purchased the tether for it, which makes it so they can move a little bit.

Sdaly I am down to one jack and she 16.5, blind, deaf, and only has three legs. Plus she is teh only dog I have had that gets carseat, so she rarely travels. I have had a jack by my side for 16 years until my Sally passed last June.

They have them at my petsmart and walmart.
