Pondering a booster question -

Is it easier to buckle a booster if it's next to a seat on a base, such as a MA, rather than a low profile seat like the RN or the Avenue?

Yes, because then you can get your hand in there! But it is not generally easier for the child to buckle themselves so you will likely be doing it for them.

The MR puzzles nicely with TBs so you canbuckle them up. I can get a three across that way in the 3rd row of my van (TB/MR/TB)

And so does a britax. My dd was buckling a turbo and a parkway next to nothing (well, her sister) and a britax (decathon) and had no issues because of the base.

Right now the kids can't buckle their own boosters at all. I was thinking it might be easier for me to buckle. Now that Brett has outgrown the FPSV booster, 3 across may not work at all, though. I don't know if I could get Hannah to give up her pink TB for his FPSV booster! I think she's shorter than him, and could likely still use it. Although hers was higher than his today in the car, I noticed. There's probably a seat height difference to account for that.

Well, this is something to consider.

What van, if I may ask?
