Is $150 an unusually good deal for a Complete Air??

Or does this sale happen fairly often?? I'm trying to decide if I should keep our daughter in the MA to the full limits of the seat, or go ahead and move up now...

Of course, maybe there is something else coming on the market this summer? I think she'll max out the seat by weight by fall/winter.

I think they are clearancing the older model complete airs, and they brought out the new models, with the reclining base.

Ahhhhh. That makes sense. I hadn't noticed that there was now a newer model. Seems like that newer base style might ease some of the installation issues, such as the need for oodles of noodles. But then again, perhaps it would make it worse....

It depends on your vehicle. In mine I don't need a noodle for the 3rd row and only one in the second (with a toddler). I LOVE my CA and think $150 is a great deal, even for the older model.

I think they are still going to be making the basic version, AND the LX version with the base. The base is the same as the AOE's at BRU, Sara, Remington, and the Eddie Bauer, and it's pretty nice for installing, that I've seen (way smaller than the giganto base they used to have that was removeable, good thing, since this one's not removable!). That's a good price, standard now at BRU is 179, down from the initial price of 249.

It's a good price. i got mine for $154 after coupon out the door and was thrilled.
With the high Rfing limit and reasonable Ffing limit, this is one seat that will get about 95% of kids to age 5, and 75% to age 6 (acording ot the growth charts and assuming normal proportions), making it a great bet to get a child to booster age. This is for the 2 year old????
My older daughter, who is 5.5 yo, on the top slots of the nauti, and 45 pounds, FITS RFing in the CA....she can't use it by weight, and can't technically use it by height (over 40 inches) but she still FITS easily, not even on the top slots! It's pretty narrow too, without the cupholder, for such a high-limited seat.
