KF30 infant insert

I know that you have to take the infant insert out at 11lbs. Does that include the head rest portion? I took out the bottom part of the insert at about 9lbs because it was looking uncomfortable in the hip area. DS is now 12lbs and I thought it was OK to keep the head rest in, but got out the manual to be sure and its not really clear. Just says to stop using the infant insert at 11lbs.

You can leave the headrest in until he needs to move up to the top slots. I've removed ours already, though, because DD seemed a little cramped by it.
