Best light weight carseat for 40+ lb child

I need a new car seat for my 4 year old who wears 41lbs for our 2nd car. We have a Graco Nautilus which I like but I'll be flying by myself with my 2 children and would like to consider something lighter to use while we are traveling this Spring.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a light weight seat that is also inexpensive?

Depending on what you consider "inexpensive" I'd look at the Evenflo Maestro or a Ride Safer Travel Vest.

If your LO doesn't have a long torso, the evenflo generations 65 would work. It weighs about 10 or 12 lbs and installs really easily. I bought ours for $99 because that was the cheapest I could find it.
