Anyone with a Radian in the Houston area?

I'm not loving the TFP in dh's truck. :( Before I think about going with a seat that doesn't tether or have an Anti-rebound bar, I'd really like to try a Radian. Anybody around here have one? I'd rather meet up with someone who has some experience installing it than track down a baby store that carries them, yk? Bonus points if you're a tech. :D

I really need to get a move on though- summer is coming and I don't like the thought of getting heat stroke trying to wrestle a new seat into dh's truck!

I'm fighting the urge to buy another MA. Fighting it, I tell you. The lack of rfing leg space and high base (though that might help with my install issues) are the only things holding me back.

Just a side note: I'd put the TFP in my Sienna and get rid of the TF. The buried adjuster is KILLING me.

I'm in Kingwood :happy-wavehello:

I have a brand-new XTSL that we haven't installed yet that you could try out. We have played around with getting it in our Honda Pilot, but have had so many problems that I am taking it to a tech some time in the next few weeks for much needed help.

Let me know!
ETA: After reading your post again, just thought I should reiterate that I am pretty useless as far as helping you get a good install seeing as we are still struggling with it ourselves. If you track down a tech with Radian experience in Houston, please let me know!!

Aw, thanks! I would love to see a RN in person. I'm out in the Katy area. Maybe we can track down a tech to give us a hand and have a little carseat playdate, lol. ;)

Absolutely! If you find a tech in Houston that would meet let me know!!

If you can't find anyone with a Radian closer to you (funny how 2 people can both be in the greater-Houston area, but still be hour(s) away from one another) let me know and maybe we can meet-up somewhere in the middle.

Good luck!

Crystal, let us know if you do end up coming out our way. I see from your siggy that you have an XTSL, so hopefully, you'll have some tricks and tips for us. :D
