Cosco scenera question

Do you think a cosco scenera would fit rear facing at an upright angle behind the drivers seat in a Jetta for my husband who is 5"11'. I was going to maybe get a coccoro but I know Scenera are on the small side too and pretty narrow. I think my friend might have one to try out and I can use it for my 2 year old until the baby can go more upright.

I think it would fit fine. My dad is 5'8", but a larger person so he has to have the seat back all the way in his '89 Isuzu (sp?) Trooper. My son's Scenera fits great in there (I install it in the middle, but I'm sure it would work outboard if I tried) - I use 1 pool noodle for angle.

I am sure it would fit well. It fit great outboard passenger side RF in my tiny 2 door Impreza at a more upright angle. I was also able to have the passenger seat almost all the way back with it there. That is saying alot as my car is TINY!
