I finally got to have my seat checked today!
We were checking my Boulevard in our 04 Bonneville and 96 F150.
I got a perfect score!
The lady said that in 2 years she has only had like 4 or 6 seats that came in correctly. I felt so good!
I even corrected one of the techs about something I learned here (re: Britax and bracing, and also the existence of the SK Radian)
She then introduced me to "the Britax Lady" who was excited to see my BLVD (britaxes are RARE here) and confirmed about the bracing.
The lady asked me where I got my car seat info and I said here and she said that she posts here sometimes, but mostly on some "babycenter" forum.
So Jody, if you are reading today, Hi there ands thanks again!! It was nice to meet another person IRL as obsessed about car seats as me, hehe. Oh, and Fox news did a thing about the check today, and I saw you on TV
I had a lot of fun there, and I'm looking forward to getting certified this June!
