3 across rf/ff Radians in 2nd row of 8 pass '07 Oddy. Doable or dreaming?

Title says it all.

The '8th' seat in the 2nd row of an Oddy, is it even possible to install a rf (and later down the road ff) Radian on?

If not, does a rf Radian work well on the 40 seat in the 3rd row?
