I would definitely move up for the larger child. Is there a further-in crotch buckle setting? They both look like they're sliding forward quite a bit.

How tall are their torsos?

Are those built in cupholders or removable?

Do you have any comparison shots to show how wide it is compared to, say, the Nautilus or another seat?

There is a closer in crotch position, but it says it is not to come from under them. The little one is not in diapers, and could definitely use the inner one....but the bigger one is in dipes still, and I'm not sure if it would come from under him or not. I'll have to move it and try it again.

As for torso's...I'm not certain other then the bigger kiddo is on the top slots of his DC. So 15" maybe for him...and 13" or so for the other. Yeah, he's a peanut!

Oh, and the cupholders are built in. They have a little strap of elastic across the front to help hold the cup in.

"Not coming from under them" doesn't mean it can't angle slightly out from them.

So if their body is this | it can be like this || or like this |/ but they shoudn't be sitting on the buckle itself. It shouldn't be like this |\ which is how it appears to be now, and what is causing the slouching forward (which is neither safe nor comfortable.) Make sense?

The cupholders actually pop off VERY easily, though I don't think they were designed to be removable since taking them off leaves 2 small holes in the shell (and removal isn't mentioned in the manual).

Personally, if I needed to remove one or both cupholders due to a tight 3-across or something I would have no problem doing so, and would just cover the holes with a tiny piece of tape. :shrug-shoulders::duck:

wow... they're (from what one can tell) precious boys and I am still amazed that you guys are adopting! I love how that seat fits them... I'd definitely move the larger boy's harness up a set of slots.

congrats again on expanding your family!!
