Question Target mark down days

Does any one know when Target's mark downs drop from headquarters? I'm guessing that most markdowns are headquarter directed. There is a Roundabout 50 at our SuperTarget 30% off and 2 MAs. I want to know how long I should wait to pick it up. My MAs are only 33lbs rf.

Actually, target's tend to have their own personal schedules. Even in my little town, our 2 targets have completely different markdowns, both in inventory/selection, date, and percentage off.
Although, might i ask..are you considering buying a brand new MA or RA50 just for 2 more RFing pounds? Is there a reason you are not buying a 40 lb RFing seat, like the myride, which is much less cost anyway?

It depends on your store, but the ones in my area mark down kids/baby on Monday (and from my reading of bargain sites so do at least 95% of Targets).

However, these seats might not be subject to that. I don't know of any recent Britax clearance at Target. Do they have clearance stickers with barcodes? Are they patterns that were originally carried in store? If they have barcodes or are special patterns, they are probably online returns. They might never be reduced further because they're no longer in the markdown system.

There's a Marathon Couture Deco Squares at my Target for 30% off right now - I was wondering the same thing! I was there on Sunday and planning on going back tomorrow after church to see if it was still there and if it had been marked down any.

They were regular stock seats, deco squares MA and stonehenge RA50. I think the store is trying to reduce inventory $$$. They are the regular clearance stickers, no bar code. The manufacture dates are like 3 months old. I thought the RA50 would be a good replacement for my ComfortSport (i hate that seat, but cute cover) in my truck, +5 Lbs. rf, and about the same footprint. I loved my RA but it expired 3 years ago.

We've got 2 Targets in town...one marks down the baby area on Monday (generally), the other does it on either Wednesday or Friday (you never know which it will be). The regular clearance markdowns usually happen on Thursday in both stores.

In the store I frequent on a regular basis (10:30am-ish on Thursdays, generally so that I get first crack at the new markdowns) doesn't seem to have a rhyme or reason to the baby markdowns though. With the regular merchandise, you can pretty well predict when the next drop in prices will come once something's been clearanced. In the baby section though, sometimes gear will sit at 30% for a month or more before they drop it further.
