weird that the main picture is of booster mode (and with the headrest way too low for any child who would have outgrown the harness). I also think it's funny that Graco's stock photos don't show the harness adjuster (which can't be removed).

that is creepy... and you know, it would only be a c-s.org member who would catch that!
You can actually fold up the adjuster webbing and tuck it in the little hidey hole, which I discovered last year because having that darned strap there annoyed me. LOL.

I will not admit how long I fidgeted with DD's nautilus last night trying to get that darn harness adjuster off! I just *knew* it had to come off because I'd seen pictures without it. Well I finally gave up and consulted the manual and yeah...it doesn't come off. AHHH! lol. Why post pictures without it then?

It must come off somehow...I just got a replacement harness from Graco, and it included the adjuster. I haven't sat down with the seat to try figure out how to do it yet though

It's the whole metal assembly though, not just the strap and splitter plate
