How do we report a tech giving bad advice?

Not just less-than-ideal, I mean blatantly wrong information, such as FFing under a year.

I know there's a form somewhere, but I can't find it.

I ran into that quite awhile ago at our state police. They told my friend that her twin 3 yr olds could go to the booster since they had outgrown the harnesses on their seats -- so she did. We live in PA --- this was the state police --- hello! state law is 4 for a booster. Then last year when I sent my husband over to check them again, they yelled at him for keeping my oldest RF because "the sticker says 20 lbs" if they had any info on the seat or had read the sticker on the other side it said to 30 lbs. One side said it MUST be RF to 20 lbs. Opposite side of seat showed options of RF to 30 or FF to 40 on the Titan. So sad .... around her the State Police or Fire Dept are the only options.

thanks for the link. there were 4 listed... 2 from the State Police (the ones that gave the info above) & 2 from PennDot. I know I tried the PennDot before but could never make connections. I think they told me to call the Fire Dept, which doesn't list any techs on that link, but is actually the most "available" option in our area. Thy do run ads and you can schedule w/ them. The police are very hard to use because it depends on their schedule or if an emergency comes up. PennDot I've never been successful at getting in touch with. The Fire Dept has always given good advice .. I'm suprised they aren't listed. Unfortunately, I don't think many people take advantage of the wonderful service.
