Eddie Bauer 3 in 1 question

A friend of mine has an Eddie Bauer 3 in 1 rf for her 18 month old daughter, but she still uses the infant head support and it pushes her daughters head forward and doesn't look safe at all. I told her that she didn't need it anymore but she says that her daughter hasn't complained about it. Is there a rule on how long in can be used?

No weight or height limit on that one, if she wants to keep it in, it's no biggie. The kid may very well be uncomfortable but doesn't know any different or how to express her annoyance. Or she might like it, who knows what kids think, lol.

I had to take mine out by then, it was becoming insanelty annoying to me, lol..it falls down when you take the kid out of the seat if the harness is loose....
