In need of 3 across help...

Tomorrow I am watching a friends baby while I am nannying and cannot think of the best 3 across situation. There will be:

B- 3 years old, 45ish lbs
S- 1 year old, 32ish lbs
R- 1 year old, 25ish lbs

and I have... Frontier, Nautilus, Boulevard, Marathon, Radian, and 2 True Fits.

I can't get a great RFing install with the Radian so I would really like to avoid that if at all possible. These will be going in a 2001 Volvo S40. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

I would try the Radian FF'ing in the middle with the MA and Blvd RF'ing outboard.

With the Radian in the middle nothing fit on either side.

Right now I have RFing Radian (pass. side), Rfing Ma (center), FFing Blvd. (driver side). It barely fits, and I'm not necessarily in love with how the seats fit. They are all tight and properly installed, but they are all 3 leaning to the side.

It's just for the one day? If so, I'd stick with that.

Do either of the Britaxes puzzle with the TFs? That might be the only other option, TFs RF outboard with the narrower Britax in the middle, or the Britaxes RF on the outside with the TF FF in the center. Do the Britaxes puzzle RF with the Nautilus?

But, if you have an acceptable install in at the moment (even if you don't love it) and it's just for tomorrow, I'd let it be. I've certainly used combos that aren't my favorite and are a pain -- but are safe -- because the time they'll be used doesn't justify the time it would take me to go out and puzzle a bunch more.

ETA: Does your friend have a bucket that the 1yo would still fit in? Could she bring it along? Installing it baseless might give you the space you need.

I don't know about any of those combos. I have had a RFing Ma next to a Nauti in a Toyota Sequoia, but that car is much bigger so I don't know if it would fit the same.

She doesn't have a bucket anymore. She has a CA in her car that I could get tomorrow, but I would rather figure something out tonight so I don't have to install the seat with the 2 babies with me.

Would the CA give me that much extra room? I could drive to her house and trade seats with her. I just don't know if its worth it for one day.
