installing radian

I hear this seat can be hard to install. Does anyone know if it installs well in a Honda Civic? I have a 2001 EX, four door. Thanks. This seat might be a good option if it can install well. And also does anyone know if the lower straps are supposed to hit higher on the child's thigh anmost stomach than others. Is this ok?

I can't answer your question about the Civic - sorry

But, we did try out a Radian and the strap did hit higher on my son than other seats. Doesn't the Radian have three different buckle slots? If so, moving it forward one slot might bring the straps lower to sit on the thighs better? Of course, it would depend on if it still fit your child snugly but that would be one solution to try

In a 2006 Civic it goes in like a dream, but that's with LATCH. I don't know if I've tried with the seatbelt.
