Strollers

I know there has been a lot of stroller questions here lately, but now that I have my car seats figured out, it is time to tackle the stroller issue!

Here is all the pertinent information. Please, make suggestions for me as I'm really at a loss!
I am 5'1" and dh is 5'11"
C is 3 (will be 4 when the baby comes, current stats in siggy).

We have a Combi double stroller that is great for the zoo, amusement parks, malls.

I want something for neighborhood walking. I do not jog. I believe one shouldn't run unless someone is chasing you. :p I try to walk A to school at least once a week. It is a 3 mile round trip walk up some REALLY STEEP HILLS. Seriously. C can walk one direction or the other (as long as he has A to chase) but not both ways. The other sidewalks in our neighborhood are short house fronts with lots of driveway dips. We would also like the stroller for park outings/dog park/uneven terrain. Most of the time (except trips to/from the school), C can walk and does so quite willingly. I need a stroller that can start at birth and go up to some heavy weights for the occasions that C needs a ride. (I traditionally haven't been a baby wearer due to bad shoulders but can for short distances.) I don't necessarily want a double jogger because I only see that being used for a year...max. I like the idea of Phil & Ted strollers with doubles kit, but the cost is prohibitive.

Hit me with your best suggestions. Basically, pushes easy, can accommodate 2 kids for about a year (as needed) and lightweight when pushing. (Unlike my Graco stroller which seems very heavy when I'm pushing it).

If it were me I'd look more into the Baby jogger Double Elite, This stroller isn't made for jogging. I'm sure you could do some "LIGHT" jogging if you wanted, but is made for power walking/walking can tackle your kind of terrain.
Fold flat, wheels pop off with a push of a button, nice tall seats/lots of head room since the canopy is a bubble type canopy, Super Easy Fold, BIG canopy to cover up both LO's. I'm sure it is heavier though, but I think most doubles are that aren't in the light weight category anyway, the elite also offers an adjustable handle so you or dh can find that perfect place to push your LO's.
I plan to get an elite sometime in the next few months, I just ordered a Micro to use for now, it also comes in the double and has more head room then the Elite has but it has small wheels and is made more for perfect sidewalks/indoor shopping, so. But is a LOT less than the Elite.

I know nothing about the Phil and Ted's strollers or the price, so the elite double may be out of your price range as well. I'm not sure if the Classic comes in a double..hmm

Good Luck!
Hope someone else can help you out more. :)
