HELP me choose please! Please please!

I can't decide if I want to pay extra for an infant seat or if I should skip it and go straight for a coccoro. Eventually, I'll probably need a coccoro for this little one because we have a RFing issue in the Tribeca (RFing seats can't touch the seats in front) and the Radians we have are too long. I make small kids, so she'd likely get to 3 RFing in it. If not, I can put her in the scenera for a few months if needed, but I don't want the scenera to be her primary seat.

SO I can't decide. Please help me! The only infant seat that will fit WELL in my car (and likely DD will be small, so I'm afraid of getting a snugride for her) is a keyfit. With my Swagbucks Amazon gift cards I've been saving, I'll probably be able to get it for about $100, and she'd likely fit in it for a year. (Not that I plan to cart her around in it that long) UNLESS she's like her big sister and hates the infant seat, in that case, we'd stop using it in 5-6 months.

My friend was going to trade me her keyfit for my Marathon (it has a couple years left before it expires) but her little one is only 10 weeks old and MAYBE 10 pounds, and I'd need this seat IN my car in about 4-6 weeks. I'd hate to take it from her if she's still finding it useful.

So help me! I have 2 other kids, both riding FF in Radians. DS is 6 and can buckle himself in, and is helpful buckling his 4 YO sister in as well. He's probably got another year before he outgrows the Radian (and I may try it RFing when I'm NOT pregnant and see if I can get it center), which is another reason I need the coccoro- to allow a booster to be buckled next to it.

I'm rambling now, but I really could use some insight. I am due in May- so no "winter baby" issues. We travel a LOT, and I do find the bucket to be useful for the first few months...

As much as I like the Keyfit more than any other infant seat-- the Coccoro would be more cost efficient and practical for you, sounds like, and I personally love it for a from-birth convertible for small kids. :)

Coccoro definitely!

I wish I could have another baby just to get more use out of mine, as it is we're likely selling it soon since she fit so well in the Radian. I'm actually going to miss it! lol
