Question Retrofitting Seatbelts in a classic car

I have been on here quite a few times lately trying to come up with a solution for my DH's 71 Impala's seat belts or lack there of. Currently there are only lap belts in the car, but I just found a website that sells 3 point harness kits to convert the belts from 2 to 3pt. I am just wondering if anyone knows anything about the safety of this, the website, Retrobeltusa.com looks legitimate. Here is a link: http://yhst-95280463928743.stores.yahoo.net/index.html

Our goal is to allow our 7 year old to ride with his Dad in a booster. Our younger DS still fits well into the Nati, so there is no issue with him yet.

The thing about trying to retrofit seatbelts is you need to be sure that the point where you anchor the belt is strong enough to take the crash forces. I'm skeptical that there would be such a point on or near the ceiling for the shoulder belt in a vehicle not originally designed to hold a shoulder belt.
