Ds has a stomach bug again. We were at MDO. (TMI Warning) It was so bad it was in his boots. As I put him in his seat (in fresh clothes;)), I lined it w/ a plastic bag, but I wondered about these. It sure would be nice to have it in the car on such occasion and potty training.

For Radians, yeah I would use them. They are designed for the seat, and fit properly. I wouldn't use it on a different seat though, as it wouldn't line up properly.

It was suggested to me, to use dog piddle pads. I bought some, but since Sofi doesn't regularly have accidents, I decided just to put 1 under the carseat (uh, everything drips down).

I'm not terribly concerned with using something like that in a seat. It can't be any more padded than a cloth diaper, for sure.

But I can't read the title of this thread without thinking of menstruating car seats.

IMO those aren't deep enough. It would only be of use if you kept it in the carseat all the time and it happened to catch an accident. My kiddo usually only has accidents the split second before cheek hits seat, so her pants get wet all the way down. That piddle pad only covers about half to 3/4 the depth of the seating part of the carseat- leaving room for wet clothes to soak carseat.

Accidents here are so few and far between that the other day when we had one, the change of clothes I know is always in the car was a summer outfit! Oops.
