Does anyone have any pics of an older child in a regent

THat they wouldn't mind me sharing with a friend. She was talking about her kids outgrowing the regent soon. They are only 6. My dd is average height at 6 and has plenty of room. I explained at this point they grow more in the legs than the torso so they'd be surprised how much longer they have. Has anyone else had a 6 year old outgrow the regent.

Yes. DD1 was at the top slots shortly before her sixth birthday. It is more common with the "fix" Britax put out requiring the recline bar to be used. The angles the seat in such a way that realistically the top slots are about 19".

This is a picture straight on of her at 5y 6m. She grew that last 1/2" by the end of the summer.

No recent pictures, but my son is about to outgrow his Regent and he isn't 6 yet. He will be 6 in a few months and only 40-41lbs, but he has a really long torso! He has less than half an inch of growth room and I'm getting scared! His belly is getting bigger again which means another growth spurt is coming soon! I hope it's in the legs and his torso doesn't grow before winter is over. I REALLY want to keep him in the Regent over this winter! He is just now at the top of a high back turbo with a few extra inches in his Parkway sg. So yeah it is possible that a child who is 6 is out of the Regent.

Also, mine is pre-advisory installed without the recline bar. The one that was in my mom's vehicle and was post advisory he already outgrew. The recline bar takes out about 1/2 an inch to a full inch of growth room in some vehicles.

Here's Ian when we went to Disney last summer. He was 7yo (it was his birthday)
He still has plenty of room and fits in it now.
