Did you/your child grow tired of patterned seat?

I am leaning toward the Radian XTs. Currently have 2 Marathons black/silver pattern and beige/black Frontier.

Thinking of getting something more exciting with the Radians, but worried that we might get tired of it over the years.

You can always buy a replacement cover! This comes in handy when you need to wash one too, that way you have one cover to put on the seat while you wash the dirty one!

Or, like many of us here, when we get bored we buy a new seat. We have an addiction around here.

I think it is possible to get tired of anything, whether it be a loud pattern, or bright color combinations, or even the most neutral color/pattern available (or just get bored by it). I know I certainly don't love my son's bright orange and gray previous Keyfit, but I don't hate it, and I'm planning to use it whenever we have another baby (provided it is not expired of course) regardless of whether I hate it by then or not. I think PP has a good idea to get a new/second cover if anyone gets sick of a pattern. They'll probably have new patterns in a year or two to choose from.

Wait a minute... you have a marathon and haven't gotten 47 different covers for it? :scratcheshead:

That's half the fun!!! "Dressing" the seat in different covers depending on you/your kid's tastes.

Brooke. DH loved the pattern. I thought it was nice and girly. After two years I was sick of it. The carseat had only a 33# RF limit so I sold it instead of getting a new cover. I really liked my blush como as the gray blended nicely in my van but the pink made it girly. Now I can switch between the Deco and Sonata MR and the RN80 in princess, though I am on the look out for another cover for it ;) With the way DD2 grows I think I will have that one for a long time to come!
