Is the Monterey Latch good past 40 lbs?

Remember, the LATCH on the Monterey is only holding the seat (so what, 20 pounds?), not the seat and child.

I think it's under 20lbs... but yeah, 20lbs at MOST... well under the 40-48lb limit that usually isn't for the seat, but for the child IN the seat.
