Can the Radian touch the front seat when RF?

I'm thinking I can get an awesome deal on the Radian XTSL ($206.55!), so instead of buying older son's Nauti first, I'm going to move forward on the Radian for baby boy.

Before I bite the bullet, can anyone tell me if I can touch/brace the seat when RF on the front seat. I just want to be sure I've thought about every possible eventuality before I go through with it.
