Just purchased a Generations 65....added pic

So I was going to BRU to trade in a old evenflo stroller from when Madeline was a baby (I hated the stupid things) and use the 25% off to get Marshall a booster seat with tray for the kitchen table since he's starting to escape his bumbo.

Of corse....everyone goes to the carseat section :p

Looked around, touched, felt a few seats and continued on my way. I always check their clearance items and there was a Generations 65 in it with all tags and such still attached......so I grabbed it and took it to their test bench. Madeline is a ways away from the top harness slot so I asked the guy there what the discount was (since it wasn't marked) and he said it was down to $84.99....hmmmm, then asked him if I could use the 25% trade in discount and he said yeap.....so for $63.75 - Madeline has a seat now for Daddy's truck (so I don't have to play car seat shuffle every single time).

Will BBL to post pics and such.....she HAD to ride home in it so I installed it in the parking lot 3rd row passanger outboard in the Suburban so she could take it for a "test ride"

For that price how could you go wrong

That was my thought - I wouldn't of gave $100.00 for it, not even the $85 - but for $64 - heck why not - it'll work out perfectly and I now don't have to play car seat shuffle every single time Madeline wants to go with Daddy....

Cool deal! They just took it off the endcap display, I bet, it's probably just been sitting on the shelf for a couple weeks, you saved 15$ by not buying the box, lol (plus the extra coupon...score!)

IDK because there was one on the end cap display - but there wasn't a box with it, so who knows - I don't need a box - all the tags were attached so all is good in my world :D

I still need to put it in my DH's truck and see how it fits and what not...

OK, so I'll install it in the truck tomorrow - but I did get a pick of her passed out in it after we got home.

for that price, you can't go wrong.... and I agree, if it were 85, I'd have gotten a Maestro instead.

little tip... remove that extra pillow and her head will be able to lean on the wings better.

Yeah - it will be coming off - I thought that was strange when I was putting the seat in - it does push their heads forward.

I'll get more pics tonight when I do the install on DH's truck that she rides in - I am wondering if I could install it on the bench in the back, we'll have to see....
