The differance is the TFP has a anti-rebound foot/bar and the leveler is in the center above where you tighten the harness at (sorry, my brain has major fail today). Also, with the anti-rebound foot there, it makes the adjuster easier to access.

Here is some pics of the TFP to show what I'm talking about

Can see the anti-rebound foot/bar or whatever you wanna call it (TFP on the left)

The leveler thingy (above the harness adjuster - sorry bad cell phone pic)

Thanks so much!! It looks like it reclines more? My outback has no room b/t the back seat and front making it hard to find a rfing seat for my 2 1/2 y.o.

That pic, it's reclined at a 45* angle, it can get upright as well (to a 35* angle)

ETA: the TF and TFP's all look way over reclined when at a 45* angle - the outside of the shell and the inside have different angles, just a FYI ;)

I have actually never played or installed a regular TF, *but* from what I have heard, the installs are similar - maybe someone who has done both can chime in?

They're the same seat and install the same for me. The only differnce is the rebound bar attached to the tfp. The covers are interchangeable as well and the fit is the same.
