$4000/5000 for a minivan-- whats your pick?

So we're getting a HUGE tax refund this year. Well, huge to us. Anyways, I'm hoping to upgrade dh's 92 Grand Caravan (yuck) and replace it with my 98 Voyager. I will get the new van-- well, newer than mine now.
I would like the following:

quad captains chairs
LATCH
at least a 2000
decent room between 2nd and 3rd row (legroom for growing teenage boys)
and of course, about $4000- $5000

Is there anything out there that's decent? I mean, good crash ratings, any of you who own something like that who LOVE your van? Unfortunately I live in the middle of nowhere, so I've searched the dealers to no avail... they wanted $8500 for a 2000 Sienna with 80K. Uh--
It hurt my feelings to see the sticker price, the salesman said I could *have* it for $7200. STILL not interested.

We're in the same position you are (getting back more on the tax return than expected and looking for a van in the $4k-$5k range.) We have ended up thinking that the best options in our area and our price range for something newer than 2000 and with less than 90k miles are the pre-2006 Kias. No, they're not as great as the 2006 and beyond, but those are double the price here.
