DS vomited all.over.the.car last night... I asked DH to call SK and try to find out how to buy a new harness today. No way was it going to clean up w/out soaking the harness.
They told him it's a warranty item and they are sending a new one free. :thumbsup:
DH says he did tell them why we needed a new one...they're still going to send it.

SK replaced a cover for me that was out of warranty with no problem :thumbsup:

You could always try calling....maybe they'll give you a discount on a new seat? Long shot but hey.....

I absolutely would not have expected them to replace this; it's over a year old (they know the DOM) and absolutely not a problem w/ the seat.... But I'm very happy they did!

Wow that's great!!
I emailed them about replacing the chest clip and buckle tongs on my 07 Radian so the straps lay more flat, but i haven't heard back yet. I hope they replace them for free. Maybe I should call....
